Project Status

A working ecosystem for verifiable identity.

MAX is an advanced independent project built around one central idea: identity should be local, verifiable and usable across people, services and machines. The ecosystem already includes MAX App, Login with MAX, MAX Signature, MAX Vault, MAX Chat and a working MAX IoT prototype tested on Raspberry Pi.

What exists today

MAX is not only a concept or a theoretical proposal. It already connects local identity, signatures, encrypted communication, server-assisted flows and device control inside a coherent technical model.

One connected ecosystem

MAX App is the iPhone app where personal identity becomes usable: local identity, signature, vault, login and encrypted communication.

Login with MAX connects the app to compatible web flows. MAX Chat connects encrypted communication with identity.

MAX IoT extends the same identity model to machines, where devices can have a MAX ID, roles, signed rules and observable states.

The server infrastructure supports login, verification, relay, manifest distribution and operational reporting. It is not the source of personal identity.

MAX App and MAX IoT

The human side and the machine side are not separate stories. They are two expressions of the same identity model.

MAX App

MAX App allows a local identity to become the basis for multiple functions: signing, protecting data, accessing compatible services and communicating securely.

The MAX ID represents the public verifiable root of that identity. The important point is that identity, signature, vault, login and communication are connected inside the same model.

MAX App is publicly available on the App Store.

MAX IoT

MAX IoT applies the same principle to physical devices: a machine can have identity, role, signed rules and verifiable behavior.

The Raspberry Pi prototype has demonstrated device identity, gateway and peer roles, commands from MAX Chat, signed Fleet Manifests, local rule application and status reports.

What has been demonstrated

The current value of MAX is not a single feature. It is the connection between identity, proof, communication and action.

ID
Identity

Local identity

MAX has demonstrated local identity generation, MAX ID representation and identity-based flows inside the app and the website.

Sig
Proof

Signature and verification

MAX has demonstrated digital signing and verification, together with technical objects that can be inspected by external evaluators.

Devices

App-to-device flow

MAX has demonstrated command flow from iPhone to Raspberry, gateway and peer behavior, signed manifests and device reports.

Not isolated experiments

These results are parts of the same architecture: identity, proof, communication and action connected through a common verification model.

  • Local identity generation and MAX ID representation.
  • Login with MAX and server-assisted verification flows.
  • Encrypted communication connected to identity.
  • Command flow from iPhone to Raspberry Pi.
  • Signed manifests, device roles and node reports.

Current position

MAX can be read today as a working ecosystem and an advanced prototype under active development.

Built, demonstrated, ready to be evaluated

MAX already has real components, demonstrated flows and a recognizable architecture connecting identity, signature, communication, access and devices.

The next level concerns external validation: independent review, security evaluation, broader testing, technical documentation and operational hardening.

This is the natural transition from an advanced project to a system that can be evaluated by technicians, partners and interested organizations.

What MAX claims

MAX should be understood for what it is: a verifiable identity ecosystem.

A specific architecture, not a new cryptographic claim

MAX integrates known and studied cryptographic components, including post-quantum components, inside a MAX-specific architecture.

It connects identity, signature, access, encrypted communication and device behavior.

The original part is not the claim to replace standard cryptography. The original part is the architecture: one identity model that can move from people to services and machines.

MAX does not claim absolute security, industrial certification or completed independent audit. It claims a precise direction: making identities, authorizations, communications and devices more readable, controllable and verifiable.

Collaboration

MAX is open to technical evaluation, strategic collaboration and selected conversations with people or organizations able to strengthen the ecosystem.

Relevant areas

Natural areas of collaboration include cryptography, iOS security, backend security, IoT security, audit, industrialization, technical documentation, incubation and applied digital identity systems.

Direction

The goal is not to change the nature of MAX. The goal is to develop it with the right technical, strategic and operational support.

MAX

Summary

MAX is already more than an idea.

It has a developed app, working identity flows, encrypted communication, server components and a demonstrated IoT prototype.

Its current value is the connection between these parts: identity, signature, communication, access and devices inside one verification-oriented ecosystem.
